Grace Bus Applications

ºÚÁÏÍø will be using BusMinder as our Bus Travel Management system, with students using their eGrace / Student ID cards to access the bus services.  As students board the bus, they tap their eGrace / Student ID card against the BusMinder unit which records their name or Student Id Number, location and boarding time. This ‘tap’ will provide parents with information that their student(s) have boarded or departed the bus via the BusMinder app notification.
All student ‘Tap On’ and ‘Tap Off’ information is available to the College in real-time.
BusMinder Parent app enables you to view the real-time location of your child’s bus, their boarding location, and whether your child is on board. Ticket payments will be managed through the secure BusMinder app and can easily be topped up at any time.

The College will be changing to bus passes being purchased on a Term by Term or Casual basis.
All bus ticket purchases will be facilitated through the BusMinder Parent app. The finance office will no longer process bus ticket purchases.

Term fare 
- has been set at $175.00 for Zone 1, $255.00 for Zone 2 and $340.00 for Zone 3. Advanced payment is to be paid at the end of each term. Please note the following Term Pass purchase dates for 2025:

Term 1 2025 - Term pass – 20 November 2024 – 7 February 2025
Term 2 2025 - Term pass – 24 March 2025 – 4 April 2025
Term 3 2025 - Term pass – 9 June 2025 – 20 June 2025
Term 4 2025 - Term pass – 8 September 2025 – 19 September 2025

Casual fare
– has been set at $2.50 per trip for Zone 1, $3.30 per trip for Zone 2 and $4.30 per trip for Zone 3. Your BusMinder parent account can be topped up with any amount between $15.00 - $500. When your student taps on/off in the morning and on/off in the afternoon the trip fare will be taken. If your student does not tap off, the maximum zone fee will be charged.
A low balance e-mail will be sent when accounts fall below $10.00. Students who are NOT approved through BusMinder for this service will incur the maximum zone fee.        

Partner Primary students will need to apply by completing the following Partner Primary School Application to have their BusMinder account created.
